| Placement Cell |
Kovai Kalaimagal College of Arts and Science has an active placement cell, taking initiative for placing its students in reputed companies with attractive salary. In the present scenario, scoring high percentage of marks and getting University rank alone cannot be the goal of any student. Instead, they have to be placed in a reputed concern for their bright future.
Our placement cell works with a committee of three members. Ms.A. Sarasu M.B.A, M.Phil., the co-ordinator, Mrs.A. Sreedevi M.Com., M.Phil., PGDCA and Mr. N. Kumar M.Sc. It actively takes initiative to place the outgoing students and Alumni Students in different concerns to face the competitive world.
For the betterment of students, the placement cell is formed to plan and execute activities to find the companies that sponsor projects and offer final placement of students.
The objectives of placement cell is to maintain a list of companies which shall be called for campus interview, to maintain student's database, to communicate to students about the placement opportunities through circulars and notice boards. And also to take initiative to organize 2 campus interviews per year and to help alumini get placement by passing information about the placement opportunities.
In addition it also conducts career guidance, BPO-Training, Aptitude Tests, etc. for the benefit of the students. The following companies conducted campus interviews and recruited the students for the right job. |
